ADJACENT RIVERS...

AT 435PM...WEATHER RADAR SHOWED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO
CENTRAL VIRGINIA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURING OVER SOUTH CENTRAL
VIRGINIA.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL AFFECT EASTERN VIRGINIA
EARLY THIS EVENING.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH AREA. PEOPLE
LIVING IN EASTERN VIRGINIA NEED TO KEEP INFORMED...SEEK SHELTER
