AT 2:30 PM PDT, A WEATHER SPOTTER IN PAHRUMP REPORTED THREE-QUARTERS
OF AN INCH OF RAIN IN 30 MINUTES. THE SPOTTER ALSO SAID THAT STATE
HIGHWAY 160 HAS BEEN CLOSED BETWEEN PAHRUMP AND LAS VEGAS.
