IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...LATIMER COUNTY AT 413 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WILBURTON...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR REMAINS IN PLACE ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA THIS AFTERNOON.
