SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES ...

AT 925 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
CLAREMORE...ALONG THE WILL ROGERS TURNPIKE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTH SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...
LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.  FOR YOUR

455 PM CDT SAT APR 11 1992

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM FOR MUCH OF
NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

AT 450 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT TULSA SHOWED A VERY STRONG
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING RAPIDLY IN NORTHERN OSAGE COUNTY OVER THE HULAH
RESERVOIR. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS SHOWING VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AT THE
PRESENT TIME. SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM
ALONG WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.

OTHER STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS. THE
INDIVIDUAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT BUT AS EACH
INDIVIDUAL STORM BEGINS TO WEAKEN...NEW STORMS DEVELOP FURTHER SOUTH SO
THE NET MOVEMENT OF THE KANSAS THUNDERSTORMS WERE TO THE SOUTH AT
AROUND 25 MILES AN HOUR. THESE THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD DEVELOP SOUTH INTO
NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA BEFORE 6 PM THIS EVENING.

WEATHER DEVELOPMENTS THIS EVENING AND BE PREPARED TO SEEK SAFE INDOOR
