THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE EVENING HOURS. THUNDERSTORMS WERE STARTING TO DEVELOP ALONG THE OKLAHOMA KANSAS BORDER NEARING 1 PM. SEVERAL OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL REACH SEVERE LIMITS WITH THE POSSIBILITY FOR DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL.
