AT 440 PM CDT...NEWLY DEVELOPED THUNDERSTORMS WERE TO THE NORTH OF TOPEKA NEAR THE NEBRASKA BORDER IN THE SABETHA AND HIAWATHA VICINITIES. THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED SINCE 420 PM CDT. HEAVY RAIN... GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH AND POSSIBLY SOME HAIL MAY BE EXPECTED FROM THESE STORMS. NO MOVEMENT HAS BEEN DETERMINED YET. THUNDERSRORMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO DEVELOP IN NORTHEAST KANSAS NEAR THE NEBRASKA BORDER OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. SOME OF THESE COULD BE SEVERE.
