FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST UTAH
 
   ...WESTERN SAN JUAN COUNTY
 
A WEATHER SPOTTER AT NATURAL BRIDGES NATIONAL MONUMENT REPORTED RUNOFF
FROM A THUNDERSTORM RUNNING 4-5 FEET DEEP THROUGH WHITE CANYON. STATE
HIGHWAY 95 RUNS THROUGH THIS CANYON HEADING TOWARDS LAKE POWELL. FLASH
FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE CANYON FROM
NATURAL BRIDGES TO LAKE POWELL.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO< AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
