AND INTO THE CONCHO VALLEY TO WEST OF SAN ANGELO. THESE STORMS WERE
DEVELOPING RAPIDLY. MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS AFFECTING BROWN AND COLEMAN
COUNTIES WAS EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES AND MAY PRODUCE HAIL...FLOODING...OR
TORNADOES.

MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY TO
UNKNOWN DEPTHS...AS FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...UNDERPASSES AND
