SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST LOUISIANA
 
   ...SOUTHEASTERN BOSSIER PARISH...DESOTO PARISH
   ...RED RIVER PARISH
 
AT 1240 AM CDT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS IN SHREVEPORT AND
LONGVIEW SHOWED A 15 MILE WIDE BAND OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
THAT EXTENDED FROM NEAR PLAIN DEALING LOUISIANA ACROSS SHREVEPORT
TO LOGANSPORT LOUISIANA.
 
MOVEMENT WAS EAST SOUTHEAST NEAR 25 MILES AN HOUR.
 
ALONG WITH HIGH WINDS AND HAIL...FLOOD PRODUCING RAINFALL WAS
POSSIBLE.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
