THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF MISSOURI
      MCDONALD...NEWTON

AT 815 PM CDT 60 TO 70 MILE AN HOUR WIND WERE REPORTED AT MIAMI
OKLAHOMA. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHWEST MISSOURI 30 MILES
SOUTH OF JOPLIN BY 830 PM. THE TOWNS OF NEOSHO ANDERSON AND SENECA
BETWEEN 830 AND 845 PM.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.  ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
