NORTHEAST OF SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI MOVING EAST 15 MPH.
THE TOWNS OF ELKLAND...ST LUKE...AND FORKNERS HILL ARE IN
IMMEDIATE DANGER FROM THIS STORM.
