             SPOTTER.

430 PM       SPOTTER AT MALOTT REPORTED SECOND THUNDERSTORM DUMPED
             ANOTHER 0.28 INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.  ALSO...
             UNOFFICIAL REPORT OF 1.25 INCHES OF RAIN IN 15 MINUTES
             5 TO 10 MILES WEST OF MALOTT.
