...HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND SCATTERD THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...

AT 640 PM RADAR SHOWS SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS IN PULASKI MONTGOMERY
AND CRAIG COUNTIES IN VIRGINIA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST. ALSO AUTOMATIC RAIN GAUGES SHOW SOME HEAVY DOWNPOURS.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS AND OTHERS THAT DEVELOP COULD CAUSE STORNG GUSTY
WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. HEAVY DOWNPOURS COULD CAUSE SOME LOW
AREA FLOODING AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. ANYONE IN THESE AREAS SHOULD
BE ON THE LOOKOUT IN CASE SOME FLOODING OCCURS.
