THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
      DAVIE...ROWAN

AT 208 PM RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE DAVIE AND
ROWAN COUNTY LINE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM..GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL..VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
REMEMBER..SEVERE THUNDERSTORS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE
