MORNING...CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO WORSEN.
 
THE ROANOKE RIVER IS BEING CLOSELY WATCHED. SEPARATE STATEMENTS OR
WARNINGS WILL BE ISSUED AS NEEDED FOR THE ROANOKE RIVER AT AND ABOVE
