AT 205PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SATELLITE
INDICATED A SMALL AREA OF HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE TRI-STATE.
THESE STORMS WERE OVER EASTERN GREENUP..NORTHERN BOYD AND NORTHEAST
CARTER COUNTIES OF KENTUCKY. MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS WAS EAST AT AROUND
25 MILES AN HOUR.

BRIEF HEAVY DOW8NPOURS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THESE
STORMS AS THEY MOVE INTO SOUTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY OHIO AND NORTHERN
