SOUTH OF WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50
MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL PASS THROUGH EASTERN FAYETTE COUNTY BY 815
PM.  LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICALS REPORTED WINDS GUSTING TO 40 TO 50 MPH
IN WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE AT 730 PM.
