FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY......
 
IN CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...MADISON COUNTY
 
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL
5 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN MADISON COUNTY.
 
AT 2 PM EST THE MADISON COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED LOW LEVEL
AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING IN PLAIN CITY. SOME ROADS WERE REPORTED
COVERED WITH WATER AND SOME HOMES WERE EXPECTED TO BE EVACUATED.
 
THE RAIN HAS ENDED FOR THE TIME BEING OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL OHIO BUT
ADDITIONAL RAIN POSSIBLY HEAVY IS FORECAST LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. ALSO
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE..SO ADDITIONAL FLOODING COULD OCCURR BEFORE
THE RAINS END TONIGHT.

THE ROAD.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS AN OVERFLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UxP TO HIGHER GROUND.
