EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA...JEFFERSON

AT 220 PM A SKYWARN OBSERVER REPORTED FLOODING ON ROUTE 968 NEAR
RICHARDSVILLE IN JEFFERSON COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA. A TRIBUTARY OF
THE NORTH FORK HAS COVERED THE ROAD TO A DEPTH OF 2 OF 3 FEET.
THIS IS NEAR BROOKVILLE PA.

 ADDITIONAL RAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON CAN AGGRAVATE THE FLOODING.
BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR OTHER STREAMS GOING OVER THEIR BANKS IN
