JUST AFTER 9 PM CDT...A SMALL AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING
FROM JUST NORTH OF THE RED RIVER FROM NORTHEAST OF VERNON INTO THE
LAWTON VICINITY...MOVEMENT WAS TOWARDS THE EAST AT 15 MPH.

ELSEWHERE...A LARGER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING OUT OF THE
TEXAS PANHANDLE WITH THE LEADING EDGE GENERALLY ALONG OR WEST OF
A GAGE...WELLINGTON...MEMPHIS LINE. MOVEMENT WAS TOWARDS THE EAST
AT 30 MPH.

DOWNDRAFT/OUTFLOW WINDS MAY AFFECT THE EXTREME NORTHERN FRINGES OF
WICHITA COUNTY WITH GUSTY WINDS. MOVEMENT WAS SLIGHTLY SOUTH OF
EAST AT 15 MPH.
