A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS REPORTED BY AN OFF DUTY METEOROLOGIST JUST
NORTHEAST OF PENDLETON OREGON. RADAR SHOWS THIS STORM IS INCREASING IN
INTENSITY AND MOVING NORTH ACROSS THE WASHINGTON OREGON BORDER INTO
THE ABOVE COUNTIES.
 
THIS STORM WILL LIKELY CONTAIN WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH AND BLOWING DUST
WHICH WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY AND MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS.
