STRONG THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED RAPIDLY OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA SINCE 230 PM. THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE OCCURRING NEAR MILLE LACS LAKE IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...AND NEAR WILLMAR AND HUTCHINSON IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA AT 330 PM. STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE IN ADDITION TO THE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
