A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED RAPIDLY NEAR BAY LAKE AND WAS
NEARLY STATIONARY. THE CORE OF THE STORM WAS 1 MILE SOUTHWEST OF BAY
LAKE.
