FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA
 
   ...SOUTHERN DARE COUNTY FROM HATTERAS VILLAGE TO AVON...
 
NUMEROUS WATERSPOUTS HAVE REPORTED IN THE COASTAL WATERS AND THE
PAMLICO SOUND FROM HATTERAS VILLAGE TO AVON. SOME OF THE WATERSPOUTS
ARE MOVING TO THE WEST. ONCE WATERSPOUTS COME OVER LAND THEY BECOME
TORNADOES AND CAN CAUSE DAMAGE AND INJURIES.  BE ALERT FOR THESE
DANGEROUS STORMS AND SEEK SAFE SHELTER IF NECESSARY.
