AT 330 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN ARKANSAS...ABOUT 60 MILES NORTHEAST OF
LITTLE ROCK...NEAR PATTERSON IN WESTERN WOODRUFF COUNTY. THE STORM WAS
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR...AND SHOULD MOVE ACROSS WESTERN
CROSS COUNTY ARKANSAS BETWEEN 4 AND 5 AM CDT. SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS
TO 40 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.

ELSEWHERE...WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING OVER
NORTHEAST ARKANSAS BETWEEN WYNNE AND CARAWAY...AND OVEtR NORTHWEST
TENNESSEE BETWEEN HENRY AND TIPTONVILLE...AS WELL AS ALONG THE
TENNESSEE RIVER BETWEEN SAVANNAH AND LINDEN. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT
20 MPH.
