GRANDFALLS ALONG THE PECOS RIVER. MOVEMENT IS NORTH ALONG THE
WARD...CRANE COUNTY LINE. PERSONS IN GRANDFALLS AND MONAHANS SHOULD BE
PREPARED IF THIS STORM APPROACHES.
