EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE...

IN SOUTHEAST NEW MEXCIO...

        SOUTHERN CHAVES AND EDDY COUNTY

AT 310 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER 
20 TO 25 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF ARTESIA  AND ANOTHER FUNNEL 
CLOUD 20 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF THE ROSWELL AIRPORT AND WAS MOVING
SOTHEAST AT 25 TO 30 MILES AN HOUR.
