IN NORTHWEST TEXAS ...SOUTHERN ANDREWS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...NORTHERN ECTOR COUNTY AT 1115 PM CDT...SKYWARN SPOTTERS AND MIDLAND RADAR DETECTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 10 MILES NORTH OF GOLDSMITH NEAR THE COUNTY LINE OF ANDREWS AND ECTOR. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
