HEAVY RAIN...WAS LOCATED FROM NORTHEAST OF ROSWELL TO NORTHWEST OF
ABILENE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. A SECOND AREA OF
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...ONE WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...WAS LOCATED FROM
NORTHEAST OF CARLSBAD TO SOUTH OF THE BIG BEND PARK. MOVEMENT WAS EAST
AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

HEAVY RAIN...WAS LOCATED FROM NORTHEAST OF DORA NEW MEXICO TO SOUTHWEST
OF ABILENE TEXAS. MOVEMENT WAS EAST 30 MILES AN HOUR.

THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...WERE IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS. THE
AREA EXTENDED FROM SOUTHEAST OF FORT STOCKTON TO FAR WEST TEXAS NORTH
OF SIERRA BLANCA. MOVEMENT WAS EAST 15 MILES AN HOUR.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS...SMALL! HAIL...BRIEF
