AT 830 PM CDT...THE STORM THAT HAD SPAWNED TORNADOES IN DAWSON AND
MARTIN COUNTIES CONTINUED TO MOVE SOUTH. THIS STORM POSES NO IMMEDIATE
THREAT TO PEOPLE IN MIDLAND COUNTY. HOWEVER...PEOPLE IN MIDLAND COUNTY
SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IF A TORNADO IS OBSERVED
OR A WARNING IS ISSUED. PLAN AHEAD.

RADAR INDICATES THAT THIS IS A VERY INTENSE STORM...STILL CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND TORNADOES.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR A LARGE PART OF WEST TEXAS HAS
   BEEN REPLACED BY A TORNADO WATCH...

THE NATIONAL SEVERE STORMS FORECAST CENTER HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WATCH
FOR A LARGE PART OF WEST TEXAS EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY
MORNING UNTIL 200 AM CDT.

TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND DAMAGING
THUNDERSTORM WINDS ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND  70 STATUTE MILES EITHER SIDE
OF A LINE FROM  80 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAN ANGELO TEXAS TO  25 MILES
EAST NORTHEAST OF PLAINVIEW TEXAS.

TORNADOES HAVE ALREADY BEEN SPOTTED WITH SOME OF THE STORMS OCCURRING
ACROSS WEST TEXAS. THIS IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. BE
PREPARED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IF A WARNING IS ISSUED.

REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR
TORNADOES AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH AREA.
PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THREATENING
