FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT AND A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 700 PM CDT...THE SHERIFFS OFFICE IN PECOS REPORTED A FOOT OF WATER
RUNNING THROUGH MAIN STREET IN PECOS. DIME SIZED HAIL AND CONTINUED
HEAVY RAINFALL WERE ALSO REPORTED IN PECOS.
 
A TORNADO WATCH ALSO REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA UNTIL
900 PM CDT.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
