THE URBAN FLOOD ADVISORY FOR HARRISON...FLOYD AND CLARK COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA HAS EXPIRED. HIGH WATERS ON ROADS HAVE BEEN RECEDING IN THESE AREAS BUT BE CAUTIOUS NEAR STREAMS. URBAN FLOOD ADVISORIES CONTINUE UNTIL 11 AM EDT FOR JEFFERSON...OLDHAM BULLIT...SPENCER AND SHELBY COUNTIES IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY UNTIL 11 AM EDT. THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THESE COUNTIES AND WATER LEVELS WILL BEGIN RECEDING ON ROADS AND THEN IN THE STREAMS.
