AT 445 AM RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY RAINFALL CONTINUE NEAR MELVILLE AND PORT BARRE TO NEAR BATON ROUGE AND CLINTON. THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ALL LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS STREETS AND UNDERPASSES. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH WORK AND SCHOOL. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE MOVING THROUGH MOST OF EAST CENTRAL LOUISIANA THROUGH THE MORNING RUSH HOURS.
