...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR...GRANT...LA SALLE
   AND RAPIDES PARISHES UNTIL 8PM...

AT 225 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED AT
PECAN ISLAND AND JUST NORTH OF ALEXANDRIA IN GRANT AND LA SALLE PARISHES

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAINS THAT MAY CAUSE LOCAL STREET FLOODING AS
THEY MOVE EASTWARD.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDED FROM BEAUMONT
TO LAFAYETTE.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED FROM OAKDALE TO JENA.

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER GULF WATERS FROM GALVESTON
TO PECAN ISLAND EXTENDING OFFSHORE TO 60 MILES.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MPH.
