AT 300 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A NARROW LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING OVER EXTREME SOUTHEAST TEXAS FROM NEAR EVADALE IN JASPER COUNTY TO BETWEEN NEWTON AND DEWEYVILLE IN NEWTON COUNTY TO NEAR DE RIDDER LOUISIANA. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY WAS OCCURRING BETWEEN NEWTON AND DEWEYVILLE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH. THESE STORMS PRODUCED MARBLE SIZE HAIL NEAR KIRBYVILLE EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING... BRIEF HEAVY RAINS AND POSSIBLE HAIL.
