AT 648 PM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO GRANT AND WESTERN ARTHUR COUNTIES. THE LEADING EDGE OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WAS FROM NEAR WHITMAN TO 20 MILES WEST OF ARTHUR. WHITMAN AND ARTHUR ARE 75 MILES NORTHWEST AND 55 MILES WEST OF NORTH PLATTE. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE SMALL HAIL.. VERY HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MILES AN HOUR.
