MILES NORTH OF THEDFORD...OR 55 MILES NORTH OF NORTH PLATTE.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THESE STORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO THEDFORD BY 410 PM CDT AND THE HALSEY
FOREST BY 445 PM CDT.  PEOPLE IN THESE AREAS SHOULD SEEK REINFORCED
