...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY THIS AFTERNOON...

AT 1030 AM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE SPREAD ACROSS KENTUCKY FROM THE
ASHLAND AREA TO LEXINGTON...TO JUST SOUTH OF LOUISVILLE. THE STRONGEST
STORMS WERE IN THE WINCHESTER/RICHMOND AREA. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL APPROACH JACKSON...LEE...WOLFE
AND MORGAN COUNTIES BY 1200 NOON.

THESE STORMS WILL LIKELY BE ACCOMPANIED BY STRONG GUSTY WINDS...HEAVY
RAIN...FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND SOME HAIL. IF A THUNDERSTORM
APPROACHES YOUR AREA...MOVE INDOORS TO A SAFE SHELTER...AWAY FROM DOORS
AND WINDOWS...AND REMAIN INSIDE UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED. HEAVY RAINS
