AT OR NEAR BANKFULL AND RISING. VERY HEAVY RAIN IS PERSISTING ACROSS
MUCH OF PIKE COUNTY AT THIS TIME AND RADAR INDICATED MORE HEAVY
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE WEST MOVING EAST DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
