AT 1100 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FROM LAKE
BUTLER NORTHEAST THROUGH THE WESTSIDE OF JACKSONVILE TO JACKSONVILLE
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND THE ARLINGTON AREA OF JACKSONVILLE.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 12 MPH AND WILL BE
ACCOMPANIED BY HEAVY RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES...STRONG GUSTY
WIND AND POSSIBLY HAIL. REMEMBER THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES.

HEAVY RAINFALL TODAY HAS CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF STREETS AND
ROADS ACROSS NORTHEAST FLORIDA. A FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR
BLACK CREEK SUNDAY MORNING. RESIDENTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT ALONG BLACK
MORNING  FOR RISING WATERS. BOATERS IN THE OFFSHORE WATERS OF NASSAU
AND DUVAL COUNTIES SHOULD BE PREPARED TO SEEK SAFE HARBOR AS THE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING OFFSHORE DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS.
