AT 1220 PM...JACKSON RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER SOUTH OF NATCHEZ.  THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AND WILL PASS OVER PORTIONS
OF NATCHEZ BETWEEN 1230 AND 1 AM.  RESIDENTS OF NATCHEZ CAN EXPECT
BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING
WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM.
