FOR A LARGE PART OF NORTHERN AND WESTERN MISSISSIPPI ...

... STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH WESTERN AND NORTHERN
    SECTIONS OF THE STATE ...

AT 155 AM CST...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF THEM
STRONG...EXTENDING FROM JUST SOUTH OF HOLLANDALE TO JUST NORTH OF
WOODVILLE. THE STRONGEST STORMS IN THIS LINE WERE LOCATED NEAR
NATCHEZ...OVER SOUTHERN ISSAQUENA COUNTY AND JUST NORTH OF ROLLING
FORK. OTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALSO MOVING THROUGH HOLMES
COUNTY...ABOUT 12 MILES NORTH OF LEXINGTON AND JUST WEST OF DURANT.

ALL OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. IF THESE
STORMS CONTINUE THEIR PRESENT MOVEMENT...FOLKS IN HUMPHREYS...YAZOO...
WARREN...AND HINDS COUNTIES WILL LIKELY GET ANOTHER ROUND OF BAD
WEATHER BY 3 AM. THE STORMS IN THE NATCHEZ AREA WILL LIKELY AFFECT
PERSONS IN FRANKLIN AND JEFFERSON COUNTY BY 3 AM. THE STORMS IN
HOLMES COUNTY CAN BE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO CARROLL AND ATTALA
COUNTIES BY 230 AM.

MANY "OF THE THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT HAVE CONTAINED LARGE HAIL AND IT IS
VERY LIKELY THAT MORE OF THE SAME CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE THUNDER-
STORMS.
