AT 1240 PM EST RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING ABOUT
20 MILES WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF RICHMOND NEAR THE NEAR THE WAYNE HENRY
COUNTY LINES AND ALSO OVER NORTHERN FAYETTE COUNTY.
 
THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.  THE CITIES OF HARRISBURG AND
RICHMOND ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
