FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
 
   ...HART COUNTY
 
AT 230 PM CDT...VERY SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN
WERE NEAR HORSE CAVE KENTUCKY...ABOUT 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF BOWLING
GREEN KENTUCKY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY AND
WILL PRODUCE FLOODING IN THESE AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
