THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA
 
   ...HENRY COUNTY...WAYNE COUNTY
 
AT 325 PM EST...THE STATE POLICE REPORTED THAT NUMEROUS STREETS WERE
FLOODED IN NEW CASTLE. SOME WATER WAS HALF WAY UP CAR DOORS.
 
AT 335 PM THE STATE POLICE REPORTED THAT FLOODING WAS ALSO OCCURRING IN
HAGERSTOWN WHICH IS 10 MILES WEST OF RICHMOND.
 
THIS FLOODING WAS CAUSED BY A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT WAS MOVING
THROUGH NORTHCENTRAL INDIANA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
