TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO

AT 812 PM THE AUGLAIZE COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT REPORTED A TORNADO
HAD TOUCHED DOWN IN THE CITY OF WAPAKONETA AND WAS EAST OF THE CITY.
 
THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING THE TORNADOES WAS APPROACHING THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF HARDIN COUNTY OHIO AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PART OF
THE COUNTY.

BASEMENT. PROTECT YOUR HEAD... CHEST AND EXPOSED SKIN.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT FOR MUCH OF
NORTHERN OHIO.

AT 630 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN ENTERING VAN WERT COUNTY OHIO IN THE CENTRAL PART OF
THE COUNTY ALONG THE OHIO INDIANA STATE LINE.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND PEOPLE ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PART OF VAN WERT COUNTY CAN EXPECT VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND
WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH UNTIL ABOUT 715 PM.

IF THREATENING WEATHER DEVELOPS BE PREPARED TO TAKE QUICK PROTECTIVE

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT FOR DELAWARE
...KNOX...LICKING...UNION...MUSKINGUM AND MARION COUNTIES.

AT 740 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG TO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM 30 MILES EAST OF CLEVELAND TO
FINDLAY. THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN
HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO UNION AND MARION COUNTIES BY 8 PM.

THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCED SEVERAL TORNADOES AND WIND GUSTS TO
70 MILES AN HOUR AS IT MOVED THROUGH NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL OHIO
BETWEEN 645 AND 745 PM. TORNADOES WERE REPORTED IN THE TOLEDO AREA AND
DAMAGING WINDS WERE REPORTED IN MERCER AND VAN WERT COUNTIES BETWEEN
715 AND 745 PM.

ALL THE THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL AND NORTHCENTRAL OHIO HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MILES AN HOUR..`.HAIL
AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
