AT 630 PM...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS DEVEOLPING 25 MILES EAST OF WICHITA... OR 12 MILES SOUTH OF AUGUSTA. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS...GUSTY WINDS...AND POSSIBLY SOME SMALL HAIL AS IT CONTINUES TO STRENGHTEN. MOVEMENT TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
