FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS INCLUDING GALVESTON AND CHAMBERS COUNTIES AND
THEIR ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS UNTIL 1000 AM THIS MORNING.

A FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS ALSO IN AFFECT THROUGH THE DAY
FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO INCREASE
BETWEEN HOUSTON...VICTORIA AND COLLEGE STATION.

RESIDENTS AND MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO STAY INFORMED OF THE LATEST
