AT 220 PM EST CHARLOTTE RADAR SHOWED A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN
MOVING INTO CLEVELAND COUNTY OF NORTH CAROLINA WEST OF THE TOWN OF
SHELBY NEAR LATTIMORE. MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE EAST AT 25 MPH. THIS
MOVEMENT WILL BRING THE STORM INTO SHELBY BY 245 PM.

PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY
CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS. THIS STORM MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY BRIEF
GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLE HAIL.
