IN NORTHWEST KANSAS ...DECATUR COUNTY AT 847PM CDT RADAR INDICATED AN INTENSE THUNDERSTORM WITH TORNADO POTENTIAL 12 MILES WEST OF OBERLIN OR 50 MILES NORTHEAST OF GOODLAND. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM AND YOU SHOULD TAKE COVER AND COVER YOUR HEAD. MOST INJURIES ARE FROM FLYING DEBRIS. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO THE OBERLIN AREA BETWEEN 9 AND 915PM CDT.
